In this world that we live in, the thing that probably helps me most is connection with others. This current trip to Banner (which is one of many) has been the most pleasant from the first moment I was greeted by Olivia. She introduced herself and asked for my name. Before I had even interacted with her, I knew she was someone I would like, due to the decorations on her shoes. Olivia had some very eclectic charms on her shoes, one of which really spoke to me. I brought up my appreciation and we moved through our initial conversation with flow and ease! Later that day, Olivia came to me and we spoke again. This was one of the most in-depth assessments I have ever completed with someone. I felt seen and understood, for the first time in years. Thank you Olivia!

Her attention to detail, kindness & willingness to be of service has been the reason I felt that this award needed to go to Olivia. I am grateful for all the service and hours she has provided to her patients. It goes without saying, that I am better because of the care she and her colleagues provided. She also has the best socks and sneakers ever!
