From the evening I was brought to the clinical decision unit, Patti made me feel very comfortable. I had been in quite a lot of pain and she helped me to calm down. Over my stay, she went out of her way to help me. When I had questions for my doctor, she brought me one of the department's iPads and showed me how to use it. When I saw the unit had a shower she expedited getting it planned for me during my second night. She even brought me a toothbrush and toothpaste! I felt gross! LOL. When I had a rough morning with lights and noise, she was kind enough to offer me ear plugs and an eye mask. Life and sleep saver! thank you so much for your compassion and care. My husband appreciates all that the staff has done and cared for me.
