The nurses of 2North were amazing! They were very kind and attentive, listened to me, and addressed my needs. I felt safe and validated. The staff took really good care of me. They cared enough for me and helped me in this hard time. I like how they made sure there was a plan after discharge, and that you were set up with additional help. I appreciated how everyone checked in with you throughout the day and the advice they provided. The groups were more helpful than I had thought they would be, after giving them a chance. The therapy sessions and activities were helpful in distracting from pain. They also provided insights and led to relaxation. I learned many new interesting and education-based behaviors. All staff members were incredibly helpful in every way. Very friendly and accommodating with every request from the smallest to the most important. There was great coordination of care between staff members. It was an excellent experience overall. They saved my life. Bless all of them and their families.
