Because of Chad's extensive travels and interventions he is trusted and respected. Chad helps with staffing shortfalls by performing countless hours of direct patient care in numerous hospitals across our Division, whether it’s to fill an open vacancy or opening a new program. Chad takes on a leading role in training new TMs to ensure DaVita's standard of clinical care is maintained. Chad's compassionate and caring nature is highlighted by his interactions with patients and undoubtedly inspires others to perform at a higher level. The new nurses to dialysis look forward to working with Chad because of how he explains and demonstrates the DaVita policies and procedures. He provides feedback and ample time for the TMs to ask questions. Chad is very calm under pressure and truly loves what he does, his can-do attitude is infectious and exactly what we look for in other TMs interested in joining the travel team. Chad provides relief to newer programs, and this is important because he supports newer nurses so they feel better prepared to provide quality patient care.
