Serves Veterans and their families by honoring the VA’s mission Ms. Rozario has a strong commitment to providing quality care to our patients and takes pride in her ability to go above and beyond to meet their needs. She is also a strong advocate for patient safety and has been recognized for her efforts in this area. She is passionate about nursing and uses her skills and experience to make a positive impact on the patients at VA Hospital. An example of this is when she called a veteran family to make sure that the veteran is able to communicate his treatment plans and health concerns with his family and team. Ms. Rozario fully understands our staffing crunch and our commitment to providing quality care to our veterans therefore she has made herself readily available in case of staffing shortage. Because of her this commitment, we are able to provide quality care to our veterans, keeping veterans and staff safe.
