My husband was flown to the MCR Emergency Room from Wyoming after a ski accident. He was "looping" and it was very scary. Brittany set my mind at ease by explaining every test that was being done and the entire ER process. It was a busy night in the ER but she went above and beyond by spending extra time with me answering my questions while he got his CT and also made sure to take time to update our family waiting outside. She was also a great comfort to him when he first arrived since he got to MCR via helicopter before I was able to get there and he was very confused. He is doing much better now and we wanted to make sure Brittany knows how very much we appreciated her excellent care. In the midst of a pandemic and the exhaustion that healthcare workers must be feeling she took the time to answer all of our questions, address our concerns, provide the very best care to him, and make our whole family feel comfortable and truly cared for. We are forever grateful for nurses like Brittany! Thank you!
