I saw John (DNP) at the lone tree urgent care but he said that he worked at a different facility maybe the one in Aurora and was just covering a shift there. I had a rough couple of days with a rash that turned into cellulitis and then gave me sepsis and sent me to the hospital, during that time it was really scary and I thought a lot of people weren’t taking me very seriously leading up to the sepsis. I was discharged without anybody seeming too concerned about the original rash that had started everything. They just kept assuring me that the antibiotic would take care of it but as it was spreading to other parts of my body after taking the antibiotics which didn’t seem right, so I figured it wasn’t bacterial. John helped me to identify it as scabies and even consulted someone else to make sure I could use the topical over the cellulitis. He was kind and responsive and exactly whom you want to talk to after a rough week of medical issues. I would have given him a hug for being so great if I wasn’t afraid, he’d have to immediately wash his clothes immediately after! He definitely deserves recognition for his outstanding service.
