This was my fourth surgery in the past five months and by far my best experience at West Jefferson Medical Center. This has been in part because of Chelsey Gamble, RN. She displayed a positive attitude at all times and was a champion of West Jefferson. I had care challenges each admission, and she was creative in helping me with medication and wound care this time which was so much better. Her clinical skills were excellent, and I observed outstanding interpersonal skills with how she interacted with her peers and other ancillary services. Chelsey was very caring toward me at all times, and nothing was too much trouble. She gave excellent customer service to me as the patient and even to my family who were visiting. Chelsey is the epitome of a true nurse and a nurse who represents West Jefferson in the best light.
