This nurse has been such an inspiration to me over the past two years. I can't think of anyone that is more dedicated, compassionate, or understanding than her. Our patients are in the best care when she is their nurse. To watch her with a patient is one of the most beautiful human displays of the way God intended for us to treat all people. She listens with empathy and shares patient concerns. She could be in pre-op tending to a patient one minute and doing a manometry the next and somehow still finds time to share love and laughs with her fellow employees. There is not anything she can't do, and when necessary, she can work in the OR too. She is selfless! She is very loyal to this hospital and the patients that we care for. She is full of education and willing to educate patients and everyone in this department. Whether she wins this award or not, she will always be a DAISY to me and a ray of light to this hospital. We are beyond blessed to have her working here at SJHN.
