I was recently admitted to the 5th floor Med/Surg Unit. The nurses and PCTs you have working on that floor are the best and most caring healthcare providers I have ever encountered. Emily Butler, especially, was a great help to me. I am dealing with issues other than my health. She acted as a nurse, social worker, and friend. She not only cares about the health of her patients but cares about them as people. She helped me tremendously with not only my medical issues but my mental health as well. She went well beyond her duties as an RN. I have seen nurses who just "go through the motions." Emily shows that she actually cares about the whole patient. I will forever remember her kindness.
