She is positive and helped my morale today.
For the 1st quarter of 2022, Lily received a total of 5 nominations from different patients:
1) "She is a great nurse and is very professional. Very prepared and works with a smile. Her attitude makes the difference, and I really appreciate it. She looks like someone who really likes her job and is not just here to collect a paycheck. She is always checking up on me and is making sure the chemo is done properly.
2) Lily was extremely patient with me during the process. Everything went well. She explained all aspects of the treatment and carried out the process very smoothly.
3) She is an amazing employee (nurse). She is positive and helped my morale today. I have been doing chemo, and today was the first time I was not stressed. I was happy, relaxed, and feeling positive.
4) Two other nurses joined with Lily to work together as an awesome team. They all made my husband and I feel nothing but confidence in the care I received, but more importantly, they made me feel wanted. I could not have asked for better care from all the nursing staff. People who come together as a team make a place great.
5) Today was my first day of chemo, and Lily, along with two other nurses, did a great job of answering my questions, comforting me when I was upset, and making the 10-hour process easier than I expected. Truly exceptional care."
