Maureen Ehlers is mentioned in Tiered Briefings often for her over-the-top assistance in patient placement family issues, short staffing, and all other areas the Admins are involved in throughout the hospital. Many of my family members have all been dedicated North Memorial customers and unfortunately were admitted multiple times or visited the ED multiple times in the past. Most of those family members have met Mo and she has always sought them out, introduced herself, mentioned she knows me, and put them at ease that they’d be well cared for. She made them feel like North was a safe and familiar place.

My mother-in-law and father-in-law for sure, both knew her well. Mo even sent me a personal card when my mother passed away-so sweet! I no longer work on the floor, but I was always comforted working charge nurse in the TNICU when I knew she was our administrative manager and I know many of my colleagues felt the same. She is truly an amazing Administrative Manager. I have worked at North for 30 years and I feel like she’s always been a part of North Memorial. Mo is truly an excellent representative of North's culture and of our Mission, Vision, and Values.
