Kaitlin attended my husband on Friday and Saturday while he was on life support as a result of a head injury. She explained the specifics about the provided treatment, assuring us of his comfort. She was attentive to the needs of immediate family as well as those still traveling and had not yet arrived. As we approached the time for removal of life support her helpful explanations for what we could expect were clear, kind, and reassuring. She was a source of comfort for all twelve of us. She represented Memorial Hospital and SIH in an outstanding manner. She is an excellent nurse.
