The Infusion Department has gone through a complete transformation and Diane has successfully led the team, for the past year, through the process and is committed to working ahead of them. Diane's leadership characteristics of consistency, integrity, perseverance, and compassion are what make her a DAISY Nurse Leader. She stands with and holds up the Infusion team. The infusion team is a better place, runs more effectively, and is a safer place for the Infusion Team and the patients because of her. Diane encourages personal and professional growth of the Infusion Team and all SIH staff. She celebrates achievements, is accountable, and keeps the infusion team accountable.
