Chris always responded positively and with a recognized desire to provide excellent care for my roommate.
I am very impressed with Chris's professionalism and his caring attitude. I had the opportunity to observe Chris as well as other nurse staff in their care for me and my neighbor and roommate. I wish to take the opportunity to highlight Chris's care of my roommate. It goes without saying that an easy patient is not an adequate measure of a nurse’s performance. My roommate is going through great difficulty and required a great degree of care and patience, Chris's care was exemplary; he was recalled for what many people would consider tariffing matters such as adjusting a blanket, moving him a couple of inches in his bed or other adjustments. Chris responded positively and professionally.

On one occasion, my roommate needed to be moved in his bed and he, like me, is nearly over 300 pounds lbs. Chris acknowledged that this was not healthy for his back and informed my roommate that he would need to get some help, then proceeded to obtain that help to satisfy the patient's need. Throughout the night my roommate would need help, sometimes only minutes after his previous need. I am certain that this created distress for Chris as he had other patients to which he was attending, Chris responded positively and with a recognized desire to provide excellent care for my roommate. My roommate was confused on a few occasions, talking about the alligators which was influenced by a television show he had been watching, but Chris did not take the opportunity to be demeaning on top of the care for his patient. I also observed Chris instructing other staff on blood handling devices, their use, and function. He appears to be quite competent and looked to for guidance and knowledge.

It is difficult for a patient to know another patient’s condition but in the case of my roommate I believe the care that he received was professional; an example and a credit to Chris personally as well as a great credit to the hospital. I assume your staff strives to maintain this degree of excellence and applaud your success in Chris's case, Bravo!
