Jeff managed to organize 8-10 staff to help turn P so he could breathe better and get his blood 02 up again.
Jeff was our son P's nurse several times during his 4-5 week stay in ICU. He always showed the utmost care and attention and inspired confidence. Jeff was caring for P the day his blood 02 dropped to dangerously low levels and we were preparing for the worst. Jeff managed to organize 8-10 staff to help turn P so he could breathe better and get his blood 02 up again. No mean feat as P had a neck collar, broken arm, right wrist, right leg was in traction (heavyweight) on left leg for broken pelvis and lemur and ankle. But Jeff managed to organize the move safely. Many thanks of course to all the helpers as well, of course. Jeff was always friendly and communicative to both P and to us. He spoke to P when he came into the room and explained what he was doing. He answered any questions we had and was friendly and good-humored always. We think he is very deserving of special recognition. Thanks.
