Rebecca is a great team player. She frequently and willingly picks up extra shifts when staffing is short. Rebecca frequently takes on the role of House Supervisor even when not scheduled to do so. Recently this was the case when she came into work and unexpectedly took on the role of house supervisor as well as PCT for the Med/Surg Unit simultaneously. Rebecca handled both roles with grace and proficiency. The following shift, Rebecca willingly agreed to cover a shift in the ED where they were short-staffed.

Rebecca is very skilled and knowledgeable in both Med/Surg and the Emergency Department. During this time she took on the responsibility of working in the ED while assisting the house supervisor to complete her tasks as well. Rebecca has exhibited leadership qualities and has been a shining role model for all those who work with her.
