Jane acts with high moral principles and adheres to the highest professional standards, maintaining the trust and confidence of all whom she comes in contact with. She investigates providers to make sure they are the best fit for the Veterans' needs. Anytime someone asks and needs assistance with a difficult situation, she is there without complaint and with a willingness to help and educate in a way that makes them accomplished and competent. She works diligently to serve Veterans and coworkers, driven by the belief in the VA's Mission, and fulfills individual and organizational responsibilities. Jane is always happy to help anyone for any reason to make sure the Veteran gets the care they need. There is no one more passionate about creating a meaningful experience and sustaining positive outcomes. She truly is Veteran-focused, identifying, fully considering, and appropriately advancing the interest of Veterans and coworkers. Jane helps the Veterans through the process and makes sure all the information needed is included in the consults, so there are no delays in care. She is an advocate for Veterans and staff and is never afraid to speak up if she sees a situation in which staff or patient needs help.
