My mom had cataract surgery and Anne was wonderful with her. She was very kind and compassionate and talked my mom out of her nervousness and made her feel comfortable. My father was with us and he suffers from spinal stenosis and has trouble walking. On the day of the first surgery, my dad had to park far away due to all the construction. Anne personally took us to a back door on the bottom floor, where my dad was parked right outside the door, and helped me get them into the car while both of us were holding an umbrella. We were wet but got my parents (who stayed dry) into the car and on our way. I was thankful for her care and compassion that day. She was also our nurse for the second surgery and as soon as my mom saw her, she was instantly at ease.
