C = Kelsey has wisdom. If I was in a negative mood, she would find a way to get me out of it. She listened to me and gave me guidance.

A = Kelsey would go out of her way to make sure I was comfortable if I needed anything. She took the time to talk to me and listen to me. Great communication skills. She is confident in her abilities as a nurse. Kelsey would forgo lunch to make sure all her patients were cared for. That surpasses expectations! I trust her with my life.

R = Kelsey respected me without judgement and treated me like a human being.

E = Kelsey cleaned me up after a couple of accidents never batting an eye. E = Even if I wasn’t her patient she would check up on me and would always say Good Morning and Goodbye. She was always smiling! Kelsey nailed CARE!!
