I met Jennifer when she was my postpartum nurse when I was on the birthing center unit after having my son. She and I made a very deep connection because I had a hard time adjusting to being a first-time mom and I was battling with high blood pressure and I didn’t want to stay.  She made it very easy for me and made the rest of my stay comfortable. She actually took time out of the end of her shift the last day she was there before I left to come and say goodbye to me. She told me “I don’t want to see you when I come back Thursday.” She was very caring and made sure I had everything I needed.  Anybody would be lucky to have a nurse like her. She was my favorite nurse.
