What makes Erica Anderson extraordinary is her tenacity and willingness to succeed. Erica faced many challenges throughout this program, but always maintained a positive attitude with faculty and peer classmates. She could be found on campus hours before class, auditing classes to seek knowledge and information that would help her be successful in class. She has demonstrated compassion towards others in the clinical setting and on campus. On many occasions, Erica can be found tutoring other students, encouraging them to push past a low grade, tiredness, and disappointment; always letting them know "it's going to be ok." Erica exemplifies the compassion needed to be a great nurse, who will advocate for her clients, and is committed to helping others.
