Shunda is a motivational speaker for “Black Girl Magic.” She has the opportunity to both celebrate and the means to empower a diverse group of women that may be challenged by oppressive practices and contemporary issues that affect them and their community. She is also a “TNCC” instructor, educating Emergency Nurses on providing quality care to Trauma patients utilizing a systematic approach based on evidence-based practice.
