Ally came to McDowell ARH as a Certified Nurse Aide in 2013. She has always been a shining light to our patients and in 2020 she completed the next step in her Registered Nursing career and entered our force of caring as a Registered Nurse on our Med/Surg floor. What a year to enter into the nursing field as a fresh RN during the initiation of the Covid Phase of nursing. Ally stepped up and stepped into work on her scheduled and unscheduled days to take care of our patients. One of those patients had this to say, "She was a very sweet person. She is so nice and truly treats her patient with kindness and is very deserving. She was such a good nurse with manners and concern toward people". Ally is a very valued part of our facility and we are proud to have her among our ARH family.
