Gail was awesome. My sister is special needs and Gail made her feel safe and not afraid. She presented her with a special blanket, which she uses every day. Also, put a warm one on the leg of her stuffed animal (her security blanket). My sister shows everyone that her Smoochy had the same surgery as she had. Overall care was awesome from everyone.
