"Get yourself a nurse who will drive to LR in the middle of the night to make sure you are taken care of... you just can't have mine! We can't say enough about this lady! She is as loyal as they come, beautiful inside and out, and puts everyone else's needs above her own. The world needs more Ronda's. The nominators met Rhonda in the OB office with their first child. He was born early and had a very scary stay in our NICU, where Ronda helped care for him as well. Then, in 2022 the same family was pregnant again. Unfortunately, they would soon receive the devastating news that their precious unborn baby girl would be born with numerous challenges. These challenges created a situation where the baby would have to be delivered in LR, away from the team the family had grown to trust and love. Ronda did not let that stop her from caring for them! She traveled to LR and cared for this family like they were her own. Then, when their sweet baby passed, just 10 short days later, Ronda traveled to the memorial service to pay her respects and support the family.
