I am reaching out to express my sincere gratitude to your Neuro ICU Nurse, Alexander. I have been at the hospital for 13 days with my dad and have experienced nurses with various skill-sets and bedside manners but by far, Alexander is the best! He is skilled, committed, focused on quality of care, and a dedicated nurse!

For example, he spoke directly to my dad and asked about his comfort level, brought him clean pillows/blankets, and adjusted his position to help him get more comfortable in the bed. He proactively identified ways to help my dad feel more comfortable as well as ensure he had excellent medical care. He identified pressure sores that had not been identified previously and treated them immediately. He is compassionate, professional, and quite frankly, talented. He was attentive to my dad's physical needs, emotional needs, and worked hard to lift his spirits. He was a God-send on one of the roughest days and his care and support helped my dad turn a corner in the right direction. I am forever grateful for his care!
