Nurse Noha exemplifies the caring aspect that is the essence of nursing. After suddenly developing chest pain I was admitted to the Coronary Care Unit for further investigation. I was understandably afraid; afraid of the unknown, afraid of the diagnosis, of what may happen to me, and who would be there to take care of my family. All this uncertainty together with the pain and discomfort I was feeling as well as the unfamiliarity with the surroundings really affected me negatively.

Nurse Noha was my life saver: she was patient with me and she reassured me about my diagnosis. Not only was she kind and clarified everything for me, but she was also very respectful to me and my family. She maintained a calm and reassuring stance throughout my time in CCU and effectively managed to help me to overcome this very difficult period in my life. Thank you!
