After a long night in the ER, we were greeted by Tara. She was so efficient and kind in getting us settled into our room. From that moment on, she exemplified compassion and care combined with knowledge. She treated my father with dignity and respect with every interaction. Tara was so attentive to my father and made him feel very special. She always explained everything to my father so he could understand, which is often overlooked because he is hearing impaired. Being a family member and witnessing her kindness towards my father will always stand out in my mind. Tara had a special touch putting my father’s worries aside. He felt so confident in her abilities to deliver his care. Many thanks and much gratitude on behalf of my family for a job well done. She made a true difference in our stay here at Fort Sanders.
