Jonathan's personality, friendly presence, positive, upbeat, happy attitude, and calmness couldn’t have come at a better time for my dad.
My dad came into the ER Thursday night. On Friday, he was admitted & transferred to the 3rd floor. When I arrived Friday night around shift change, Jonathan Frazier was just ending his shift and had been helping my dad that day. My dad immediately expressed how great Jonathan was. My dad has fear and anxiety of hospitals and has been very depressed since losing his wife of 47 years two years ago. And he has been experiencing a lot of health issues since then, which makes it all the more stressful for him to be admitted. When I came back Saturday to see my dad, the first thing he told me was he had Jonathan again on Saturday, and my dad said again he is the absolute best!! My dad couldn’t say enough wonderful things about Jonathan. Jonathan's personality, friendly presence, positive, upbeat, happy attitude, and calmness couldn’t have come at a better time for my dad. My dad had a few embarrassing moments, and Jonathan’s calm and cool responsiveness to those moments was so critical to helping get my dad through that and helped put my dad at ease, which was so vital in reducing my dad’s anxiety. Jonathan was so unbelievably kind and took the time to listen to my dad. We were so incredibly lucky to find out that after my dad's surgery on Sunday that Jonathan was going to be his nurse again on Sunday. We can’t even begin to say enough wonderful things about Jonathan. I can’t tell you what an enormous relief it was, not only for my dad but for my brother and me, that Jonathan was caring for him during these three days of my dad's stay. Everyone could learn from Jonathan’s demeanor, attitude, and even his tone as he talks to his patients. He definitely makes an amazing impression and impact not only on the patient but on the family of his patients as well. My dad, my brother, and I are incredibly grateful for Jonathan!!!
