On behalf of our family and friends I would like to take the time to thank my dads nurse, Rupali. She went above and beyond for our dad. In all reality he was dying and his only wish was to be home with his family and most importantly 6 grandchildren. Dad was on such a high level of O2 that he could not go home on. Rupali worked with him to get him weaned down to a level he could go home. She advocated hard for him to be able to leave on hospice care and checked on him every step of the way.

My dad passed away less then 3 days after making it home. But in those 3 days he got to see all of his grandchildren and all of his friends and family that couldn’t come into the hospital because of COVID restrictions. Without the of help of Mrs. Shah my dad would have never made it home. She gave us the greatest gift, for us to be together as a family during my dads final days.
