Deneen embodies all the qualities and core values of our agency in her work with patients and colleagues. She is kind, compassionate, and attentive to her patients and their families. Deneen goes out of her way to consistently pick up extra patients and ensure that all patients receive the care that they need, and she always does so with a smile. Deneen's patients adore her, and they frequently request to have Deneen re-assigned as their primary nurse. Not only is Deneen excellent with her patients, but she also works as a Team Lead on the weekends to ensure that the nurses have their schedules assigned appropriately and timely. She is a true leader on the weekends as well as a preceptor for new nurses. Deneen prides herself on educating new staff members and ensuring that they are prepared to case manage their patients as effectively as she does. Both patients and peers have shared compliments that demonstrate what a wonderful nurse Deneen is and how supportive and caring she is to her patients.
