Latoya has a kind, compassionate heart while providing an excellent standard of care to her patients. She is an incredible leader who communicates effectively and always has a thorough work ethic amongst her colleagues. When Latoya is the Nurse Supervisor, I know that no details of the day’s tasks will go unfinished. When Latoya is in a bedside nursing role, I know her patients will be well cared for, and they will be satisfied with their recovery under her watchful eye.
