She always knows what to do and follows up with a timely phone call in pursuit of a solution. She exhibits a broad range of skills, including our immediate patient care and numerous administrative tasks that perpetuate that care, either at that facility or via a referral. We are always completely confident that Kristy will facilitate our care in a purposeful, prompt, and efficient manner. Kristy models positive, professional dispositions at all times. She is kind, caring, and patient. As we've observed, she is respectful to patients, colleagues, and physicians.
