To my surprise, Haley was very instrumental in directing Doctor "R's" attention to my need to re-arrange or change my pain management level of care. She conveyed to Dr. "R" my situation, without exaggerating, and within one hour, in a timely fashion, my amount of meds and the time intervals were altered for my good. Haley goes beyond her normal service, that is to me. However, Haley is instrumental. For the patient, she is an active blessing and a liaison) if you please. She was instrumental in obtaining and transporting my medications from CVC to the Grandview Hospital Pharmacy. She is on time, with all her might. Haley aims to please, take care of, and make sure her patients are comfortable in capacity. Man, she stays busy without tiring. She has a natural ability to observe small details, and I noticed she is always on the happy side for the patients. She is very understanding and sensitive to the needs, concerns, and goals of others. Haley is very good at verbalizing her patients' messages to their doctors. She keeps her word and really does convey messages verbatim with the natural agility to see things through for the sake of others. I saw and observed these things. I really admire these talents of hers. She’s an asset being molded.
