Since Jaclyn has stepped into the leadership role on 4-east, she demonstrated the enthusiasm and vivacity to engage each task and challenge with fever and can-do attitude. Each day, she earnestly approaches the nurse’s station and engages each staff member with a friendly smile and a “what can I do for you right now?” She jumps onto the floor and assists the techs with handing out patient trays, vitals, or answering the phone or call light.
