The one shining light was Craig. Over and over again, he came through when needed! Craig is an extraordinary special registered nurse. He goes above and beyond. He focuses on each patient like they are his #1 priority. He honestly really cares about each and every patient. He is very attentive, listens to what you’re saying or asking, and really explains with great detail. If he doesn’t know something he will find out and let you know. He wants to make sure his patients are extremely well taken care of like his own mom or sister, brother or dad. He has a very good bedside manner and treats you with respect. He gets any problems that arise fixed. Craig definitely perseveres through a lot of challenges that may arise and does so the proper way by staying inside the red tape. He gets problems solved, doesn’t give up, good attitude. He is one in a million and doesn’t give up. he is a very exceptional great nurse and should be acknowledged and awarded for it.
