Jason helped ease my anxiety and lighten my mood.
I have had the pleasure of being a part of Jason’s nursing journey in many ways. We went to nursing school together, were in the same clinical group, in the same new grad class, and have been co-workers on different units. Most recently, I was a patient under his care in the ED. Watching Jason interact with his co-workers and with me as a patient, I have seen growth from when we were nursing students.
He was always above the rest of us and seeing him in his element of the ED made me very proud. He is a dedicated hard worker but also patient and kind with his patients. I am very anxious when I am the one on the bed. I don’t like the loss of control and the pins and needles feeling waiting for the results to come in. Jason helped ease my anxiety and lighten my mood.
He is a valuable part of the Rideout family and has a lot to offer. He will only continue to exceed expectations. He truly cares about his patients, job, co-workers, and improving the ED. I bet he could go beyond just improving the ED but the whole hospital. He’s passionate and driven. I am honored to be his friend and thankful he was my nurse in the ED. 10/10 would request his services again.
