Mike goes above and beyond for his patients and his coworkers. He always makes sure that his patients receive the highest standard of care. Mike deserves this recognition for his constant hard work and dedication. Mike is an amazing nurse. On numerous occasions, I have seen Mike speak up for his patients and fellow coworkers. What amazes me the most about Mike is he makes sure his patients understand everything that's going on with their care. I walked in many times to Mike consoling a patient and getting down to their level holding their hands and letting them know everything is going to be all right. There is never a time when Mike won't jump into action to help others and answer any question anybody has. If he doesn't know the answer he will try his best to find it. He help's others no matter if the patient is his or not. Mike is the type of nurse that I inspire to be one day. Even if I am half the nurse he is I would still be amazing. Any time that I see his name on the schedule I know it is going to be a great day.
