Joni has not only made steps to improve patient satisfaction and safety, but she has gone above and beyond to ensure her colleagues are successful! She has been our unit cheerleader for encouraging others to obtain their specialty certifications, as well as encouraging the engagement of participation in unit committees, or any activity to improve unit safety, and patient satisfaction. She took the reigns on revamping our fetal loss program and policy to ensure grieving families are taken care of in the most empathetic and emotionally supportive way. Thank you, Joni!
