We had a nearly 2-week stay on the 12th floor and these are the Best caregivers! 12th-floor nurses are the best! Thank you, Lauren Le, Erika Speight, and Laura Desmond! They are so kind and take fantastic care of the patients. A long stay can be so hard and the 12th floor has made our stay much more bearable. You are awesome!

When we arrived at our room, Brittney Monday had everything ready and welcomed us to Grandview. She oriented us to everything and got testing underway immediately. Thank you for the great care provided by Brittney and the entire 12th-floor staff.

Lauren Le is a gift. She went out of her way to give kindness and support each time she came into the room. She made sure each time that I was comfortable and often checked to make sure pain was reduced. Her attention to detail and dedication is appreciated.

Liz Villarreal was truly a wonderful help and support each and every time she was my nurse. She always made sure that medications were given on time and that I understood my treatment. On the day of discharge, she made sure I had everything I needed to make a good transition home. I appreciate her and she is a blessing.
