Angela is one of the best Supervisors at AMC when it comes to Quality and Infection control. She is so engaged with with her staff and holds them accountable. She creates her own data sheets and flyers to post in her unit to keep her staff updated on best practices and how they are doing. She created pink money signs to put next to all chargeable items in her supply room. She recently made a “How we’re doing” flyer with IC data and TJC updates, that she has posted near the nurses station. She is so creative. She is very proactive but if an issue does arise she address it immediately. She always has a smile on her face and is positive.
