I was working with Kym one day and during her shift she went above and beyond for her patients. She had one patient that had been in his room for 53 days. Kym took him out front with his O2 tank and let him get some fresh air. Then Kym had a patient that help yelling out and was confused. Kym played some music for the patient. The patient still was yelling out. Kym called the patient's mom to find out what her favorite type of music was. Kym then played that music for her patient and she was quiet and calm singing to her favorite songs. That patient had been yelling for days in her room, but this nurse went the extra mile to try and make a difference, and she did.
