Shauna was there every time I rang for her (many, many times). She always had a happy sound in her voice and smile on her face. She gave me exceptional nursing all night and she made me feel that I was truly cared for.

My mother was very fortunate to have such a wonderfully cheerful and caring nurse taking care of her. She kept my mom at ease through her very long night. I was able to relax knowing Shauna was her nurse.
