Of all the nurses that took care of my mom, Ana stood out. She was compassionate and understanding. She learned what made my mom comfortable and took the time to explain everything so she understood what was happening and why. Having a loved one in ICU is scary, Ana took the time to make us comfortable too. Ana, you are amazing.
