Taylor came into the room and you instantly knew she was on your team! Oftentimes in the medical world, it feels like you are trying to get someone on board to understand what is going on. But not with her. She was immediately whom you wanted to help you. EVERY problem or issue she resolved and fixed. Her attitude was constantly positive. Her smile and friendliness ministered to the soul. But along with her sweetness, her strength was so reassuring and calming. She came across like a real boss babe! Calm, confident, bold, capable, smart, and not scared to help.

We were trying to figure out pain and sleep meds and when to take what and she took whatever time we needed to hear out all of our concerns and help us get set up for the best night considering the circumstances. Taylor has a fantastic personality. She very much could read the room and would laugh and joke with us when we really needed a lift in our spirits. She is very smart and exudes leadership.
