Her clinical skills were above and beyond what was needed and/or required! Her service was way beyond exemplary. Not only was it professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and sincerely enjoyable – it was also done with real concerning emotion! She cared for me as if I was family and family is one of the most important things in my life. Her commitment to her job was not only transparent, but her respect and her ability to work with her fellow employees were amazing! She works with her fellow employees as if everyone is on the same level. Because of her, I have to say this was my best experience ever in a hospital. Thank you, Niki!
