I don't even know where to begin. Zach was extra special for us. Not only took such amazing care of my baby, but brought me comfort being in here with just my daughter felt so lonely and he gave me those 5 minutes of his day to just converse and gave me peace of mind after being here for a week. The day before we left Zach came up to tell us goodbye and that he would be thinking of us. Please let him know that he is just an overall amazing person we cannot thank him enough.

Zach was able to reflect each caring value thoroughly during my stay. He naturally has a positive, kind, and caring nature. He is a great asset for the hospital and I would really love for him to be recognized. This visit was for my daughter, who we discovered has epilepsy. We were very nervous and stressed. The care and professionalism eased my family and we will never forget this experience. Thank you Methodist for hiring such an amazing performer. Zach illustrates the intended mark. He will continue to be a light for the families that come to Methodist in their times of uncertainty and healing. He is an example of how nurses should operate.

Zach made our stay as pleasant as possible. He was friendly, compassionate, and attentive to details. He went out of his way, above and beyond, to help us. I accidentally forgot my charger in the room and he got it for us. He brought my daughter down in a wheelchair and took the time with patient education. This is the best stay we have ever had.

Zach was so kind. He has a calm and comforting voice. He really cared. He always asked what he could do or get for us. He came running when I called for him. He is especially sweet and very knowledgeable.
