Juanita goes above and beyond daily to help her fellow nurses. She comes to work early and puts the needs of others before her own. I can truly say she is loved by her patients and her co-workers. Her philosophy is one I admire in that she will never turn someone away when they need guidance or assistance. That is something I strive to instill in all the nurses I work with, and she exemplifies that. I am so proud to have her as a coworker and part of an amazing nursing team.
