Rachel is a one-of-a-kind nurse. I have worked as an EMT for over 20 years and you know that when your loved one goes into the hospital, there will always be the chance that there is one bad nurse handling their care. I cannot say that about any of the nurses at Banner Heart Hospital. Especially when Rachel walked into the room, we knew we were in good hands. She made such a difference in the care that my dad received. All of the nurses are amazing, however, Rachel seriously stood out to us. She is an asset to the CVICU. She made such an incredible impression on me. I am considering going back into healthcare because she has inspired me to want to help people once again. We cannot think Rachel enough, even though my father passed away, you made this hospital experience one of a kind for all of us. We appreciate all your hard work and all that you do.
